One of my latest attempts at social commentary in a very minimalistic messaging. This illustration was drawn on the morning of July 4th where people of color nationwide denounced the holiday and brought attention to the ICE detention centers and the fact that their facilities are inhumane for any being let alone children. Miguel being an artist of both African American and Mexican descent, its great to see him use his platform to amplify the voices of the disenfranchised.
